We have always been fans of Scott Turow. The lawyer and author not only writes
enthralling legal thrillers like Presumed Innocent and The Last Trial but he has
also done important work in the legal system — including helping getting a
wrongful conviction in a rape-murder case overturned.
His newest novel, Suspect, came out last month. He joined us to talk about that
novel (spoiler alert: it's a terrific read and we highly recommend it), his
legal work, police "tightening" cases and the time the tables were turned and
Turow found himself in the role of the accused man.
